Kateryna Vavrynchuk (she/her)
Kateryna Vavrynchuk is a Ukrainian multidisciplinary cultural worker and activist, based in Zurich. Her practice mainly includes organizing, producing and curating events that lay in the meridian of fine arts, performance, theatre, music, and film. She regularly organises solidarity-events as fundraisers for Ukraine, cultivating safer spaces for marginalized communities. Topics such as decolonization, trauma, sexuality, and queerness take the dominant position in her oeuvre. She is a part of AIRG, 380artgroup and Zentralwäscherei collectives.
