Virtual exhibition Un/Public Space

The online world is implied to be open for all. In times of  uncertainty and media emergence, it serves as a new public sphere which, as Habermans defines it, is a place in which public opinion can be formed and where access is guaranteed to all citizens. What happens when we introduce the reality of unequal Internet access and we face the truth that, even though the public space that is brought to fruition through digital tools, information is guaranteed to all, but found only by some?
